In 2019, former PageGroup CEO, Steve Ingham, was in an accident which left him paralysed from the waist down. Steve was passionate about using his platform as a FTSE 250 CEO to champion the rights of disabled individuals in the workplace. Through an integrated comms programme we raised Steve’s profile and positioned PageGroup as an inclusive recruiter. A series of high-profile interviews engaged with key advocates in the space, forged partnerships with third parties - including the Valuable 500 and Leonard Cheshire - and communicated the work being done by PageGroup to remove barriers in the workplace, enabling us to enact real change.
